Starsmith = DJ, producer and remixer to the stars. And soon, he shall be a star in his own right.

He collaborated with Ellie Goulding on her Number 1 album, Lights, co-writing five of the tracks and producing most of them, and he has remixed several high-profile releases, for mainstream to more indie sounds, including: Lady Gaga, N.E.R.D, Katy Perry, Bombay Bicycle Club, Little Boots, Marina & The Diamonds, Paloma Faith, Penguin Prison, Frankmusik and Timbaland. Yep, most likely if you’ve heard a killer remix from one of these names, it could be an original Starsmith.

Although his remixes are the shit, Starsmith is about to step out from behind the scenes to create his own record, proving he is as much a star as a star-marker.

His debut single will be released in August, and will be a double A-side vinyl release featuring a pair of dance instrumentals: Give Me A Break and Knuckle Duster. He is saving his first forays as a singer for the next release, due out in October.
