Meet Alex Roots, a Cyndi Lauper-esque teen from the UK with the sass of Katy Perry & the punk funk of a softer Gwen Stefani. Since the age of 14, Roots has been working on tracks for her upcoming record ‘Adrenaline Rush’. And although born in 1992, Roots declares the record was most influenced by Queen (thanks to her parents jamming out to the rockers when she was a child).

Alex explains her new video for DON’T STOP LOOKING as “about fancying a guy but never having the courage to go over to him. But as long as he looks at you and no one else you’re happy for the moment.”
